Hello there!
I’m Candy a creative living on the South Coast. I produce illustrations which are centred around storytelling and the human condition. The struggles the joys, I love it all. Capturing a moment I bring stories to life using a bright colour palette, characters and a playful approach.
Collaboration is key and I like to make my clients feel understood and explore ideas together. I get a real buzz out of discovering new inspiring projects and how ideas can be brought to life.
I’m not just an illustrator….
I’m a Author - My enthusiasm for storytelling especially real life
inspirational stories is never ending
I’m a strategist - I understand the bigger picture, the goals, the marketing
I’m a graphic designer - Many years within a creative agency I developed skills which filter into my approach, from conceptual & art direction to art-working the final piece.
I’m a safe pair of hands - Being reliable and responsive helps clients to feel secure
I’m an all-round creative, but I particularly LOVE illustration
My Projects
Finding the right creative, especially in illustration is a special kind of science.
I’ve been lucky enough to work on projects which perfectly align with my own passions and interests. Working with some lovely organisations within Portsmouth City including Pamodzi Creatives, Victoria Park and SLR Recruitment. And some more further afield including The Royal NAAFI.
